Lt. Lance Koppa serves as the Community Relations Officer for Highland Park Department of Public Safety. In this role Lt. Koppa assists with crime prevention, safety and educational presentations, Crime Watch, community welfare concerns, and is the liaison to Highland Park ISD.

In addition to community relations, Lt. Koppa is the Public Information Officer for Highland Park DPS. Lt. Koppa serves as the primary contact for the media at all levels.
