Resident Fingerprinting

As a public service to the citizens of Highland Park, the Department of Public Safety will fingerprint residents of the Town of Highland Park for government license and permit applications. This includes concealed handgun permits, broker licenses, alcoholic beverage licenses, etc.

What is Needed

The resident must supply the appropriate fingerprint cards and call 214-521-5000 to make an appointment. This service is usually performed by the Criminal Investigation Division during normal business hours unless special arrangements are made. There is no charge for this service.
