Parties at the Pool

Host your next gathering at the Highland Park Swimming Pool!

Reservation Details

  • Group of 20 guests or fewer: $100
  • Group of 21 guests or more: $200 
  • Party duration: Up to two hours
  • Availability: Parties can only be scheduled during the Regular Swim Season (Friday, May 22 through Sunday, August 16)

To request a reservation, submit your party request through CivicRec at hptx.org/recreation. Reservations will be reviewed by staff upon submission. You must create a CivicRec account and be verified as a resident before payment can be made. Once logged in, navigate to the Pool Parties tab to view fee options and availability.

Guest Passes

All party attendees who do not have an HP Pool Permit must purchase a guest pass for $10 per person. Passes may be purchased at the door by the party organizer or their guests.

Food Deliveries

For food deliveries, use the pool's address, 3801 Lexington Avenue Highland Park, TX 75205. A party organizer must be on site to receive any deliveries. Pool staff are not responsible for receiving deliveries.
