• Minimum permit fee is established at $55
• Contractor Registration fees: $125

Utility Tap & Plan Review Fees

• Sewer Tap: $750 (Required for new construction)
• Water Meter 5/8-inch: $750
• Water Meter 1-inch: $850
• Water Meter 1.5-inch: $1,400 (proof of water demand required)

Plan Review Fee

• $250 - Non-refundable fee for residential renovation containing structural, egress, and/or kitchen/bathroom modification(s).
