The Highland Park Harvey R. “Bum” Bright Library will temporarily close for a recarpeting project, starting on Tuesday, February 11. The closure is expected to last for approximately two weeks, during which time the library will undergo improvements to enhance the space for all visitors.
We are committed to ensuring library services remain available as much as possible throughout the closure. Patrons can take advantage of curbside service for material pickups during the following hours: Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
To utilize this service, patrons are encouraged to place holds on books, DVDs, or other materials online through our catalog at https://catalog.hplibrary.info. If you prefer, you have questions concerning placing holds online, or you would like suggestions for materials, Library staff are happy to assist you by phone, 214-559-9400, or email, hplibrary@hplibrary.info, during regular Library hours. For more specific details on curbside service, please visit the library’s website, www.hplibrary.info.
